Do I have to book in the same day and time slot each week for the 6 week program?
No, you can request different days and time slots for each weekly session (depending on my availability). The 6 week program doesn’t need to be done in succession each week (but we do recommend it).
Do you take Junior or Senior Club training sessions with special kicking drills?
Yes I can, depending on what the club is after, I can tailor the drills to suit their needs.
Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes, there is. If you sign up to the 6 week program, you save 17% off individual sessions.
Can I get more than 6 weeks of coaching?
Yes of course, you can have as many sessions as you would like to help improve your kicking.
How long does it take to improve my kicking?
It does depend purely on the individual and their ability to learn and practice outside of the sessions, but generally you should see results within 6 weeks of starting the course. This is why I typically recommend a 6 week course.
If there anything in particular I need to bring each session?
Only your boots, comfortable exercise clothes and the willingness to learn.
Is it a set location?
There will be a common ground used in the Eastern Suburbs, or I can travel to what suits you best (small extra fee).
Is it one-on-one training?
Yes it is, for individual sessions or the 6 week program. This is the most effective way to get specialised coaching and improve your kicking the quickest.
How long do the sessions run for?
Sessions will run for 1 hour, unless otherwise pre-organised with myself.
