Q&A with Todd Boughen:
What age did you start playing AFL?
I played my first game for the United Football Club when I was 5 years old.
Clubs Played for?
United Football Club, Karoonda Districts Football Club, West Adelaide Football Club & Mannum Football Club.
Greatest playing highlight?
Premierships with WAFC and Mannum FC.
You have very good skills yourself, in particular kicking. What do you believe is important with kicking – some advice for all aspiring AFL players?
Learning the correct technique as early on as possible. If you do have any bad habits, it is easier to get out of. Also I think it is very important to know your own kicking style and know how to tweak it to become more accurate and consistent.
What do you like about the Kicking Dynamics Programs?
I really like how simple Kicking Dynamics keeps things. It gives players the fundamentals of good kicking without complicating it. Kicking is such an important part of AFL and I love seeing future stars learning the game
